Gwinnett County Dive Coaches are offering small-group lessons (max 8 divers) for high-school divers who want to focus on improving their skills for the upcoming season. In each practice we do a guided warm-up that includes conditioning and stretching, spend time on diving fundamentals and proper technique, and spend time addressing each diver’s individual goals (e.g., dives they want to learn). We also provide the divers with a home workout plan and provide accountability for completing that and discuss mental aspects of the sport.

There are two time options for this, Tuesday/Thursday 6-7:30 and 7-8:30pm
