Hello Swim & Dive families! 

It was great seeing everyone at the Interest Meeting last night! We are excited to kick this season off and to see new and returning athletes at the pool and on the boards. Registration night is mandatory and is set for Tuesday, September 4th, in the MVHS Commons Area at 6pm. There will be a presentation by the coaches and suit, team wear and spirit wear fittings. If you have not already, athletes need to complete this contact form and parents need to complete this form. Also be sure to check our website and Instagram or Facebook pages frequently for updates, reminders and announcements! Registration fees for returning athletes this year will be approximately $405 and includes a team t-shirt, 3 Friday away pre-meet meals and a bag tag. As always, if a returning athlete needs to purchase any team gear, they will have the option at registration to select those items before they check out. Registration fees for new athletes range from $510-$540 and includes a team t-shirt, team hoodie, swim suit, personalized swim caps or shammy (depending on swimmer/diver status), 3 Friday away pre-meet meals and a bag tag. Please make sure you attend Registration Night and try on any gear you plan to purchase. Any merchandise (team gear or spirit wear) cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Sponsors are a huge asset to our team to keep our costs low for our families. If you know any business that would like to become a sponsor, please have them complete this sponsor agreement form and submit with a check. You can hand deliver the sponsor agreement form and check to Registration Night, or you can mail them to Kimberly Thompson at 2440 Wild Iris Lane, Dacula, GA 30019. If you are interested in earning sponsor credit, please submit this sponsor credit request form with the sponsor agreement form and check. Sponsor credit will only be applied prior to registering and prior to the registration deadline. Sponsor credit will not be issued after an athlete registers or past the registration deadline. Please join us in our biggest fundraiser of the season! Our Successfund campaign starts TODAY and will help to offset fees for your athlete, as well as help us raise funds for our events and new equipment we need for this season. We ask that all athletes share this link with friends & family via email, text, or social media. Athletes can receive a 2024-25 team registration credit for 50% of the total funds our team receives from each donation for an MV Swim & Dive new or returning athlete. Athletes and their families can post this link to their social media pages or print the flyer out to ask in person. This fundraiser closes Tuesday, September 3rd, so don't wait!
