Hello Team! 

Our Friday Night meet against Archer and Discovery is almost here! We are so excited to get to celebrate our seniors at this meet!

Click Here to see this week's entries, so athletes can see their events. Important Items for Friday 12/13/24: 

1 - Meet at Mountain View at 4:30 in the commons for Chick-Fil-A boxed dinner. Seniors can come join us here or go directly to the pool. Seniors, please communicate with the coaches if you aren't riding the bus! 

2 - We will depart at 5:00 to head to West Gwinnett Aquatic Center. 

3 - Bring extra snacks & water! Also bring your team suit, caps (2 in case one breaks!), goggles, towel, etc. 

4 - The meet schedule can be found here on our website, however there will be some changes to the timeline when we arrive. Here is what to expect:

• 5:50pm - Seniors and their escorts (parents) may line up outside the aquatic center so the Senior Coordinator can get them in order of announcement.
• 6pm -Volunteers may enter deck for set up. Spectators and non-senior athletes must report to the stands.
• 6:05 - Senior walk begins with Archer first and Mountain View last.
• 6:15pm - Non-senior Athletes may enter the locker room.
• Time TBD: As soon as MV has concluded the senior walk, warm ups will immediately begin.
• We will aim to start the meet as close to normal time (7:20) as possible, but please be patient and flexible so that all seniors have a moment to be recognized.

5 - We expect to finish around 9:30PM this is just an estimate. All athletes need to stay until the end and may leave after a brief meeting with the coaches. At this point, they may check out with coaches, or board the bus to head back to the school. We expect to arrive at the school around 10:00pm or shortly after. Don't forget - swim practices will continue the next two weeks on an altered schedule. Monday Dec 23  7:00-8:30 am
