I have 2 things to share with you all, especially our athletes who are returning next year. 

1) Sports Physical Night at the school is only once a year, and it is coming up next Tuesday 4/22. It is an easy and low-cost way to get forms for Rank One taken care of early for next season! SIGN UP using the QR code on the attached flyer.

2)SpringDoGs is back with Summer sessions starting in June! See the attached flyers for sessions offered. We'd love to see some new faces on the diving boards next year, and this is a great way to try it out! Please spread the word and share with anyone you know who may be interested in diving for Mountain View next year!
