Hi MVHS Swim/Dive Families,

Thank you for signing up and volunteering for our team this season! We know you selected volunteer roles during registration, and we want to make sure you know how to view (or edit) those selections anytime using the SwimTopia app since we have received a few questions.  If you haven't downloaded the SwimTopia app, we strongly recommend you and/or your athlete does.

Here’s how to check your volunteer commitments for the season:

1. Open the SwimTopia App on your mobile device.
2. Log in using the same account you used during registration.
3. From the Mountain View HS home page, toward the bottom of the screen you should see the schedule of Upcoming events.
4. As you scroll down through the Upcoming events / Schedule, you will see an indicator (colored circle) where you or another member of you family have volunteered for that meet.
5. Tap on the relevant meet to see the details—including any volunteer roles or job shifts your family signed up for.

If you need to edit or would like to select an additional Job Signup for specific meet jobs or shifts, you can do so by

• Selecting the meet
• Tapping “Job Signup” to see your assigned shifts, change shift, or select additional shift.
