Hello Team!

We are looking forward to our 2nd meet this Saturday night 11/1/25 at West Gwinnett Aquatic Center against Duluth & Meadowcreek! 

Important Info for Saturday:

Timeline:

• 5:00pm - Athletes arrive at MVHS to load the bus
• 5:15pm - Bus departs
• 6:00pm - Arrive at West Gwinnett. Coaches & Volunteers set up.
• 6:15pm - Locker room & Pool Deck open to swimmers
• 6:30pm - Spectators can sit in the stands. No Deck Access for spectators during meets.
• 6:30pm - MVHS warmups
• 7:20pm - Meet start time
• 9:30pm - Estimated Meet End time & Athletes meeting with coaches. 
• 9:45pm - Load bus or check out with coaches
• 10:15 - 10:30pm - Estimated Arrival at MVHS

Things to Bring:

• Team suit
• Goggles & backup goggles 
• Team Cap & backup cap
• Towel(s), 
• Warm change of clothes
• Healthy snacks/dinner and plenty of water (concessions available)

Things to Know:

• Individual entries will be listed in Swimtopia  
• Relays will be included later this week on the heat sheet, but are subject to change up until the time of the event.
