Hello Team! 

What a great morning we had at CLODY! 

Thank you to everyone who volunteered to make it possible. We couldn't have run such a large event as smoothly without each one of you! 

Results from the meet are attached to this email, and will later be posted on the website on the Events/Meets tab. We had 3 new county qualifying times earned at the meet! • Lilly LeMon - 200 yd Individual Medley
• Alejandra Benitez Cabanas - 100 yd Backstroke
• Riley Mutters - 100 yd Breaststroke

We want to recognize our Bears of the Meet selected this week. These athletes are chosen for their performances during the meet. They can be chosen for achieving county or state qualifying times, trying new events, achieving personal bests in an event, showing good sportsmanship, or anything else that catches the coaches' eyes.

Our Bears of the meet are our two 1st time County Qualifiers: Alejandra Benitez Cabanas & Lilly LeMon!

Congrats to them! Each week we post the Bears of the Meet HERE on the Team tab of our website along with County and State qualifiers. We are so proud of the team for all their amazing efforts!

Coming up:

• Swim meet Friday 12/12 at CHAC against Archer & Seckinger. Athletes should arrive to the aquatic center by 6:15pm. More details will be sent separately.
  • We are aware of the MVHS Band Concert that several of our swimmers will be participating in at 6:00pm. (Coach Boykin will be there as well!) These swimmers should be able to attend both, and will likely only miss warmups due to the overlap. The warm-up lane will be available after the start of event 1 should they need it. These swimmers should only choose individual events after diving just in case the concert goes longer than expected.
