Hello! 

We had an incredible first meet on Friday! Results and scores are posted on the website under Friday's meet on the Events/Meets tab (click Previous Events at the top of the page)!

We had 8 athletes earn a total of 16 county qualifying times at Friday's meet! Shout out to Kaden Le for earning 3 County times in the first meet! Click HERE to see our County Qualifiers page. Click HERE to see our State Qualifiers page. Congrats to TJ Thompson for qualifying for State in the 50FR and the 100BK. He also qualified for State in both of his relays along with teammates Brian Wrighton, Graham Williams, and Kaden Le in the 200yd Medley Relay and Kaden Le, Tony Oltean, and Jett Wise in the 200 yd Freestyle Relay. Congratulations to all of these incredible athletes!! 

We want to recognize our Bears of the Meet selected this week. These athletes are chosen for their performances during the meet. They can be chosen for achieving county or state qualifying times, trying new events, achieving personal bests in an event, showing good sportsmanship, or anything else that catches the coaches' eyes.

Congrats to them! Each week we post the Bears of the Meet HERE on the Team tab of our website along with County and State qualifiers. We are so proud of the team for all their amazing efforts!

Coming up this week:

• Picture Day - Tuesday, October 27th Collins Hill Aquatic Center at 4:30pm. Athletes are asked to wear this season's team t-shirt and jeans.

• Our next meet! - Saturday Morning 10/31 at West Gwinnett Aquatic Center. Mountain View is the home team and takes on Grayson and Norcross.

6:10 AM -- Swimmers Arrive at Mountain View and Load the Bus

6:15 AM -- Coaches Verify Attendance

6:20 AM -- Bus Departs

6:45 AM — Workers may enter the facility to set up

7:00 AM — Swimmers may enter the facility and have access to the bathrooms, locker rooms, and deck

7:15 AM — Swimmers may enter the water

7:30 AM — Spectators may enter the facility (no deck access)

7:50 AM -- Timers Meeting in classroom on deck

8:05 AM — Official Meet Start time

10:30 AM -- Estimated Meet End time
