Athlete Physical Night at MVHS
MVHS Commons Area

Athletes are invited to obtain the required physicals to participate in any sport at Mountain View on Wednesday, September 26th from 6pm-8pm in the MVHS Commons Area. Athletes must be accompanied by a parent. Doctors will be on site to complete the physicals and the forms will be automatically uploaded to the county system. A nominal fee is charged for this. |
