Each ticket purchased grants 1 person a wristband and that wristband will give you access to all sessions of the Hudson Dive and Clody Meets. You must save and present your wristband to gain access to other meet sessions once your GoFan ticket is redeemed upon entry. Heat sheets purchased in advance will be provided at the event upon arrival. Heat sheets can be purchased onsite for $2 cash only.

Sat Oct 28 2023	Gwinnett County Kickoff Invitational Meet Information Collins Hill Aquatic Center 2200 Collins Hill Rd. Lawrenceville, GA Start: 7:15 PM This is dive only meet. All divers that are ready to compete Week 1 are expected to attend this meet. Requirements: Divers must compete six dives. Divers attempting to qualify for the state championship should compete six dives from five categories with a combined degree of difficulty of 11.5 for women and 12.0 for men. Registration: Divers must register on divemeets.com by Wednesday, October 25^th at 5 pm. No late entries will be accepted. Estimated Timeline (all times are p.m.) 6:30 – Divers allowed in building, registration opens 6:45 – 7:15 Girls’ warmup 7:15 – 8:15 Girls’ meet 8:15 – 8:45 Boys’ warmup* 8:45 – 9:15 Boys’ meet *Boys’ warmup begins at the conclusion of the girls’ meet and lasts 30 minutes. Sat Oct 21 2023	Dive Parent & Athlete Training Clinic Norcross High School 5300 Spalding Corners Drive, Norcross, GA 30092 Start: 1:00 PM End: 3:00 PM This clinic will begin with a meeting in the media center and then there will be breakout sessions - all divers and dive parents are expected to attend. There will be training on how divers will enter their dives each week, how they will keep record of their dives and training on the diving software and scoring. The main doors will not be open. We will be painting them this weekend. There is a second entrance right next to it though that we will be using for the day. Credit Recovery will be ending just as parents are arriving, so we might have some people standing at points to help direct. Ask divers/parents to arrive at 1pm. Norcross High School Media center Athletes will not need to bring Chromebooks; we have desktops for them to use. DIRECTIONS TO THE MEDIA CENTER: How to get to the Norcross High’s Media Center: 5300 Spalding Drive, Norcross, GA 30092 Please do NOT use the main entrance (the black X). We will be painting the front doors on Saturday. We will be using the entrance just to the right (the yellow circle). Parking is available in any of the lots (red boxes). Once in the building, take the first right and the Media Center will be on your right. Green Arrows: entrance or exit only.
Sat Oct 21 2023	West Gwinnett Volunteer Training Session (Computer Operator) West Gwinnett Aquatic Center, 4488 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Norcross, GA 30071 Start: 1:00 PM End: 3:00 PM You must sign up for a training job on this event and sign in at the training session to receive credit! Saturday, October 21, at West Gwinnett Aquatic Center 1:00pm – 3:00pm Mandatory Training for table computer operator volunteers. There are 2 options for this training. ONSITE - You must have the team computer with you to attend this onsite training session, so you can walk step by step through the training with the team computer. This is a more thorough training option. ZOOM - You will be sent a link and watch the training online. This option is more convenient, but may not be as helpful when you are not operating the computer yourself.

Saturday, October 21, at West Gwinnett Aquatic Center 9:00am – 12:00pm Mandatory Training for Set Up* 9:00am – 12:00pm Mandatory Training Console Operator, Console Verifier, Computer Verifier* *The 9am-12pm volunteers will be split into two groups, with a training focus on EITHER deck setup & breakdown OR scoring table (Console Operator, Console, Verifier, Computer Verifier). If a volunteer needs training on both roles, they will need to attend both sessions.
