You must sign up for a training job on this event and sign in at the training session to receive credit! Saturday, October 14, at Mountain Park Aquatic Center 1:00pm – 3:00pm Mandatory Training for table computer operator volunteers. There are 2 options for this training. ONSITE - You must have the team computer with you to attend this onsite training session, so you can walk step by step through the training with the team computer. This is a more thorough training option. ZOOM - You will be sent a link and watch the training online. This option is more convenient, but may not be as helpful when you are not operating the computer yourself. |

*The 9am-12pm volunteers will be split into two groups, with a training focus on EITHER deck setup & breakdown OR scoring table (Console Operator, Console, Verifier, Computer Verifier). If a volunteer needs training on both roles, they will need to attend both sessions. |

MV Swim Dive Registration Night

Join us to register for the season. The mandatory presentation for new and returning athletes will begin at 6pm with suit and gear fittings for new athletes immediately following the presentation. All new athletes are STRONGLY encouraged to attend in order to try on suits, as suits cannot be returned, exchanged or reordered if they do not fit. Parents will need to sign up for volunteer opportunities in order for the registration to be complete, so please have your calendar and be ready to make your selections. GHSA 7A Swim Prelims/Finals

SWIMMING – All Swimming Events Will be Conducted at Georgia Tech Wednesday, February 1, 2023 – 7A Swimming 6:15AM ALL MV athletes must be at the Collins Hill Aquatic Center to load the bus to prelims
7:30 am – 9:00 am – 7A Swimming Warmup* 9:00 am – 1:00 pm – 7A Swimming Prelims 1pm - MV team will depart for Conference Center to have lunch and rest. 3pm - Prelims Only athletes and GCPS staff will load bus and depart for Collins Hill Aquatic Center 4pm - Finals Only athletes and coaches will load bus for finals at Georgia Tech 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm –7A Swimming Warmup 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm –7A Swimming Finals 9:30pm - MV Finalists and Coaches load bus to return to Collins Hill Aquatic Center Prelims will be conducted in two 10 lane courses. The boys events will swim in the west pool (by the main scoreboard) and the girls will swim in the east (center) pool by the diving well. Finals will be swum in one 10 lane course, the east pool. TICKETS: $15.00 per SESSION per person. Prelims is one session and finals is another. You must have tickets to enter each session. You can choose to volunteer and gain free entry (see link below). Spectator seating and the deck will be cleared after prelims (1pm) and re-entry will only be allowed during the scheduled finals session (4:30pm). Tickets available ONLY at GoFan. How Fans Buy Tickets Volunteers are FREE. PARKING - There is no free parking at Georgia Tech, especially on a weekday. If you do not pay and park in the designated areas you will be ticketed, and it is not cheap. Parking for all personal vehicles and SUV’s can be done in the W10 lot located at 790 Ferst Drive, directly adjacent to the CRC. It is recommended you pre-pay for parking. County Swim Meet - Finals
West Gwinnett Aquatic Center, 4488 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Norcross, GA 30071

Warm-up: 3:00 PM
Spectators (includes parents, siblings and current team members not named to the county team) must pay for admission. Qualifying standards must be met by athletes for participation. A $5.00 admission charge will be collected at the gate from all adult spectators,$3.00 for school age. Heat sheets will be available for $5.00. The price of the Finals Heat Sheet will be $2.00. The facility will open at 2:30 pm each day for athletes and coaches. Spectators must sit in the grandstand (upstairs) doors opens at 3 PM. This area will accommodate approximately 700 spectators. No folding chairs will be allowed in the grandstand area.Team members, who are not competing in the session, will not be permitted on the deck. No parents will be allowed on the pool deck without a GCSDBC security badge.
